Registration & Welcome Reception: Hospitality room
Supper on our own
Thursday, October 6
Breakfast buffet (free daily)
City tour: Leaves at 9 a.m., returns at 2 p.m. — lunch on our own while we are downtown
Business Meeting in hospitality room after tour
Jazz night at hotel. Free.

Friday, October 7
Breakfast buffet
Tour to Fredericksburg: Leaves at 9 a.m., returns at 5 p.m.
We will tour the Nimitz Museum, George Bush Museum, Pacific Combat Zone. Tickets are good for 2 days so you can return later if you’d like. At the Nimitz Museum we will have our memorial service and lunch.
Saturday, October 8
Breakfast buffet
We have the day on our own to explore San Antonio
6 to 7 p.m. Cocktail hour and photos
7:15 p.m. Banquet Dinner served
10:00 p.m. Banquet ends
Sunday, October 9

The St. Anthony Historic Hotel is an Historic National Landmark, and was completed in 1909. Much of the period detail has been preserved following an $8 million restoration. It is within walking distance of the fabled River Walk in San Antonio.
Room Rates: $109.00 per day for any type room
Total Charge per person for tours, etc.: $175.00
For those who may not wish to take tours,
Linda will be happy to make an adjustment.
